libosmo-dsp - Osmocom DSP utility functions

This repository contains a C-language library for common DSP (Digital
Signal Processing) primities for SDR (Software Defined Radio).
They are part of the [Osmocom](https://osmocom.org/) Open Source Mobile
Communications project.
