Make compatible with private sigtran structs

Adjust OsmoHNBGW to build with newer versions of libosmo-sigtran, where
several structs were made private. This is based on Pau's patch
a3c0a005 ("Use new libosmo-sigtran APIs to access osmo_ss7_instance").
