Changes

firmware/Makefile: remove -Wredundant-decls

picolibc has redundant declarations of free and strdtold, which results
in lots of warnings with -Wredundant-decls. Adjust CFLAGS to remove
-Wredundant-decls to make the compiler log more readable.
