Add new tags for ecallIndication, fallbackAttribute and fallbackAllowed.
They new are not supported by non IoT eUICC. The IoT eUICC emulation will remove the unsupported tags from the ProfileInfoListRequest and later adds the requested fields to the ProfileInfoListResponse with the value 'false'.
