Changes

Bump version: 0.1.0 → 0.2.0

Prepare a release tag, so we get binary packages for
osmocom-bb-trx-toolkit, osmocom-bb-trxcon, osmocom-bb-virtphy in the
osmocom:latest repository. Then we can use these packages when running
TTCN-3 testsuites.

This is not an official release, as discussed here:
