ttcn3-sgsn-test-sns: add missing symlink to osmo-stp.cfg

This commit fixes the following error:

cp osmo-stp.cfg /home/osmocom-build/jenkins/workspace/ttcn3-sgsn-test-sns/logs/stp/
cp: cannot stat 'osmo-stp.cfg': No such file or directory
