OBS: fix using --conflict-pkgname

Use --conflict-pkgname as package name, instead of hardcoding
osmocom-$FEED.

Fix for:
  FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/obs/_cache/osmocom-nightly-asan'
