AS loadsharing: show cs7 instance <0-15> route binding-table [POINT_CODE]

Similar to the one available for ASP loadsharing:
'show cs7 instance <0-15> as binding-table name AS_NAME'

This allows debugging the state of the loadsharing seed table.
