osmo-gsm-tester: Require debian-stretch-jenkins as Dockerfile suggests Some days ago the Dockerfile was changed to pull from debian-stretch-jenkins instead of debian-stretch-build, since the first one has extra runtime dependencies required by osmo-gsm-tester.
